There is nothing gained by regularly asking us “Have you heard anything?” If you hear nothing from us, it means we’ve heard nothing from the Department, that is relevant to your application. We’re definitely not ignoring you. We will be supporting you throughout the process of your application/s. Please also bear in mind that many of the visa processes are lengthy and thus you need to be respectful and patient.
